The intersection of sport, strategic leadership, and national development took center stage recently as NetOne announced its official partnership for The President’s Cup 2026. Speaking at the tournament’s press conference, NetOne Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Raphael Mushanawani, underscored the telecommunications giant's commitment to the visionary leadership of President Cde Dr. Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa.

​For NetOne, The President’s Cup is far more than a prestigious golf tournament; it is a symbol of Zimbabwe’s journey toward a prosperous and inclusive future.

Engineer Mushanawani highlighted that the discipline required on the golf course directly mirrors the precision needed in business and nation-building.

​"Every stroke in golf mirrors every strategic decision in business—precision, discipline, and focus determine success," Mushanawani remarked, emphasizing that the tournament serves as a convergence point for sport and national development.

Under Engineer Mushanawani’s leadership, NetOne has shifted its focus toward purposeful innovation. 

The partnership with The President’s Cup reinforces the company's role not just as a service provider, but as a catalyst for social cohesion.
