​A core part of this initiative is NetOne's partnership with the Ministry of ICT, Postal and Courier Services on the "Digitalise Zimbabwe Roving ICT Expo". This nationwide movement aims to democratize technology by training 1.5 million coders, deploying mobile technology trucks to underserved communities, and establishing digital ambassadors across all provinces.

​Through these efforts, NetOne is enabling tangible transformations across the country. Farmers can now access real-time market prices, students have access to global digital libraries, and health workers can utilize telemedicine with ease.

The company’s actions align directly with the National Development Strategy 1 (NDS1) and the path towards NDS2, which prioritize ICT as a central driver of economic and social growth.

NetOne's initiatives also support President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa's call that "Nyika inovakwa nevene vayo" (a nation is built by its own people).
